AI Training for Employees at Every Level of Skill

AI training for employees breaks down when everyone gets the same lesson. Half the room is lost and the other half is bored. We start everyone together, then split by the job people actually do.

Nobody needs a technical background. Everyone leaves with one real thing they built and can use tomorrow.

The Problem

One lesson cannot fit a whole company.

In any group of 50 employees, a handful already build with AI daily, most have tried it twice, and some have never opened it. Teach to the middle and you lose both ends.

So we do not teach to the middle. Everyone gets the same short baseline, then the room splits by job. A support rep and a financial analyst leave with different things, because their work is different.

Every Level

Wherever your people are starting

Never used it

From zero to a first win

No jargon and no setup. They write their first useful prompt in the first 20 minutes, then rebuild a task they already do every week. The goal is one win they can feel.

Dabbles sometimes

From random to repeatable

These people get decent results by accident. We turn what works into saved prompts and a routine, so good output stops being luck.

Already ahead

From user to builder

Your power users get the harder track in the same room: custom assistants, multi-step workflows, and how to hand what they build to everyone else.

What You Get

Built so it survives past week two

Session 1

One Baseline, Then Role Tracks

Everyone starts with the same 45 minutes so nobody is lost. Then people split by job — finance, sales, support, marketing, ops — and work on their own tasks.

Session 1

Every Employee Builds One Real Thing

Not a sample project. A task from their own week, rebuilt to run faster. They keep it and use it the next day.

Day 3

A Written Playbook

Every prompt and workflow your employees build gets documented and handed to you. It stops living in one person’s head.

Included

New-Hire Onboarding Kit

Recordings, the playbook, and a short exercise so someone hired next quarter reaches the same level in week one. You stop paying to re-run the same training.

Included

Safe-Use Rules in Plain English

What employees should never paste into a public AI tool, and how to use your approved tools safely. A written AI use policy if you do not have one yet.

Days 1–30

30 Days of Questions

People hit a wall in week two, not on training day. Your employees can ask for a month afterward, which is where most of the retention comes from.

Programs

AI training programs for employees

Pick the scale that matches your rollout. The build work is the same either way, and every option is quoted for your group after one call.

Hear it from the people in the room

Founders, CEOs, and operators who came in skeptical, left fluent, and stuck with it.

Last month I was just asking ChatGPT to write emails. Now I’ve built a client onboarding tool, and my team probably thinks I hired a developer.

I've built 20+ businesses and raised $8M+. I was always the “idea guy” who had to rely on engineers, designers, developers. Not anymore. Now I build anything I can imagine with AI—and I'm going to show you how to do the same.

A year ago, I couldn't write a single line of code. Today, I've built over 10 apps—all with AI. I don't teach theory. I teach you to build real things, fast.

Two ways in

Some people want to learn this themselves first. Others need it across a whole staff. Both work.

Learning this for yourself?

Take the self-paced course first. One seat, same approach. Plenty of managers do this before bringing us in for the wider staff.

AI Training for Employees FAQs

Cost, skill levels, onboarding, and proving it worked.

What does AI training for employees cost?

It depends on group size and depth. A single onboarding session for 50 people sits at the low end. A full program with role tracks and follow-up coaching sits at the high end. We quote the program, so the per-person number drops as the group grows. You get a written number after a 30-minute call.

Our employees are at completely different skill levels. Does that work?

That is the normal case, and it is the reason we split by role instead of by level. Everyone starts with the same 45-minute baseline so nobody is lost. Then people break into groups by the job they actually do. A finance analyst and a support rep need different things, even when both are beginners. Advanced users get harder problems in the same session rather than sitting bored.

How long does the training take?

A half day covers the basics and gets everyone to a working prompt library. A full day adds a role track and one real build per person. Larger programs run as three or four shorter sessions over a few weeks, which holds up better than one long day because people get to try things between sessions.

Do employees need any technical background?

No. We assume nobody has opened ChatGPT before. There is no code and no setup to fight with. If someone can write an email, they can do this. The people who make the biggest jumps are usually the ones who were most nervous about it.

Can we run this for new hires as part of onboarding?

Yes, and this is where the value compounds. Larger programs include an onboarding kit: the recordings, the written playbook, and a short exercise so a new hire reaches the same baseline in their first week. You stop re-running the same training every quarter.

How do we prove it worked?

We measure hours saved per person at day 30 and day 90 and write it up. You get a document you can forward to finance. Most teams land between three and eight hours saved per person per week. We report the real number even when it is lower than that.

What about data security and AI policy?

We cover what employees should never paste into a public AI tool, and how to use your company tools safely. If you do not have a written AI use policy yet, larger programs include one. You can also start with our free AI acceptable use policy generator.

Is this different from AI training for teams?

Slightly. This page is for people-wide upskilling — many employees across several functions, priced per seat. AI training for teams is one department going deep together on their shared workflow. Most companies do one, then the other. We will tell you which fits on the call.
