For B2B sales and marketing teams

GTM engineeringthat runs your sales and marketing on AI agents.

We build AI agents that find your buyers, write the first message, chase every follow-up, update your CRM and turn your calls into content. On your tools.

My GTM runs on AI agents. Yours can too.

My agents find new accounts, research them, draft the messages, chase the threads that went quiet and update the CRM. Then they turn my week into posts.

I approve what goes out and talk to buyers. We build the same system for your team.

Everyone has to prospect now. Nobody has the time.

Here’s what sales leaders and founders told us this year:

  • Every AE has to be a BDR now, and they hate it.
  • The reports are based on whatever the rep decides to put in the CRM.
  • We have more leads than anyone can work. Most never get a first touch.
  • Someone dropped the follow-up on a big deal.
  • Every rep wants their own AI tool. We need one way that works for the whole team.

Sales agents that fill and move your pipeline.

From the first signal to the CRM update after the call.

  • Find accounts ready to buy

Finds companies that are hiring, raising money, changing leaders or engaging with your posts, scores them against your ICP and hands you today’s list.

  • Reach out in your voice

Researches each account and person, then drafts LinkedIn and email messages in your voice, inside safe daily limits.

  • Have a reply ready for every new lead

Researches a new inbound lead and drafts a reply in about a minute, then routes it to the right rep. Once you turn on auto-send, it replies on its own.

  • Never let a follow-up slip

Tracks every open thread, quiet prospect and sent proposal, and drafts the nudge before anyone forgets.

  • Prep every call and skip the CRM typing

Sends a one-page brief before every call. After it, turns the recording into CRM updates, next steps and a follow-up draft.

  • Start Monday knowing where you stand

Writes the Monday pipeline brief: what moved, what’s at risk and which lost deals are worth reopening.

Marketing agents that keep you in front of buyers.

Posts, newsletters, video scripts and AI search, every week, in your voice.

  • Post on LinkedIn every week

Turns your sales calls, customer wins and opinions into LinkedIn posts in each leader’s voice.

  • Send the newsletter every week

Drafts the weekly newsletter from what your team shipped, learned and won that week.

  • Get short-video scripts every week

Writes hooks, slides and scripts for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram.

  • Track what AI answers say about you

Checks whether ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini mention you when buyers ask about your category, and drafts pages to close the gaps.

  • Answer buyers where they ask

Finds Reddit and forum threads where your buyers ask for help, and drafts a useful answer for someone on your team to post.

  • Turn engagement into pipeline

Researches everyone who likes, comments on or follows your content, and drafts a message to the ones who fit your ICP.

How it works.

  1. Weeks 1–2 · Audit

We find the work worth handing off.

We sit with your sales and marketing leads and a few reps, look at your CRM and tools, and pick the agents that will move your number first. If you stop here, you keep the plan.

  2. Weeks 3–8 · Build

We build them on your tools.

Agents go live in approval mode, so your team sees every draft before it sends. We tune them on real replies, then train the person who will own them.

  3. After · Run

You run it, or we do.

You can run it yourselves. If you’d rather not, we run it every week and send you what it did.

After the build, pick who runs it.

Your team

You own the agents, prompts and accounts. We train the person who runs them and leave a runbook. We come back only when you want a new agent.

Us

We run the system for you every week: lists, messages, follow-ups and content. We approve drafts under rules you set, anything outside them comes to you, and you get the numbers every Monday.

What stays in your control.

  • Every send, enrollment and CRM change waits for approval until you turn on auto-send for that task.
  • Separate sending domains and daily LinkedIn limits lower the risk to your accounts.
  • Your CRM stays the system of record.
  • You own the agents, the prompts and the accounts.
  • No fake personas. Every message comes from a real person on your team.

Built, trained and coached.

How Go Nimbly became an AI‑first agency.

“For the last ten years, we’ve been committed to becoming a tech‑enabled agency. In the last six months, we’ve made more progress toward that than we did in the first ten.”

Who builds it.

Me, Mark Fershteyn. I build with Claude Code, 1,500+ hours so far. 15 years in B2B sales and GTM, including 7 years founding and running Recapped, a B2B sales software company that raised $8M. We couldn’t hire 20 more people, so I learned to build the agents we needed. I take on two builds at a time.

Good fit

  • B2B, 20 to 500 people
  • A sales team and a CRM you use
  • A leader who will own the agents
  • Numbers you already track

Not a fit

  • You want mass cold email
  • You want AI to run without anyone on your team owning it
  • You’re a RevOps or GTM consultancy (we have a conflict there)

Questions, answered.

No. An AI SDR tool is software you rent and set up yourself. We build the agents your GTM needs on your CRM, inbox and LinkedIn, and train the person who runs them.

No. Each message is written for one person from research about them, and waits for approval. Send volumes stay inside limits that lower the risk to your domain and your LinkedIn accounts.

Sometimes. We build on the tools you already pay for: your CRM, inbox, calendar, LinkedIn and call recorder. Outbound also needs separate sending domains. If an agent needs anything else, the audit plan names it and what it costs.

Yes. Our Go Nimbly build runs off Salesforce. The audit checks your setup, and if any part needs extra work, the plan says so.

You do. The prompts, the code we write, your accounts and your data are yours.

The audit takes two weeks and the build takes six. The first agents run in approval mode by week 3 of the build.

It depends on how many agents you need and who runs them after. You get a fixed price after the first call, and the audit is credited toward the build.

Not without a person seeing it first. Drafts wait for approval, and we update each agent’s instructions from your team’s edits until the drafts stop needing them.

Some teams can. The hard parts are the connections, guardrails and upkeep. We build it once, properly, and train the person who owns it, so your team can build the next agent.
