Frequently asked questions

How long is a typical AI workshop?

Half-day (about 3 hours) or full-day (about 6 hours with breaks). Half-day works for a single focused topic like AI Essentials or AI Security. Full-day is right when you want people building something real and taking it home working. Virtual sessions can be split across two days so nobody loses a full workday.

How many people can attend?

Five is the practical minimum — below that a 1:1 engagement serves you better. The sweet spot is 10 to 30, small enough that everyone gets hands-on help. Larger groups are possible; we talk through how to structure it on the call.

What does an AI workshop cost?

It depends on format, length, team size, and whether you want follow-on support — so we scope it on the discovery call rather than quoting a number that turns out to be wrong for your situation. You will have a firm price before committing to anything.

Onsite or virtual — which should we pick?

Onsite if your team is in one place and you want the day to land as an event. Virtual if you are distributed, want to start sooner, or would rather split the session across a week. The content is the same either way.

Yes, and it is most of the value. Before the session we look at how your team actually works, then build the agenda from the topics you pick. The examples we build during the day are your workflows, not generic demos.

Is the session recorded?
