Cowork isn't a chatbot. It works when you give it three things: a folder to work in, instructions about your business, and a job to do.
This kit is those three things, done for you.
How it works
You don't set this up. It sets itself up.
Three prompts. You paste the first one and answer questions for ten minutes. Everything after that is Cowork writing files about your business.
It interviews you
Reads whatever is already in your folders, tells you what it worked out, then asks eight to twelve questions and writes your context files in your own words.
It does every project
Goes through each folder, works out what that client or job actually is, shows you what it inferred, and writes a context file for each one.
It hands you a map
One page showing your tools, what is connected, which skills you have and what to say to run them, and the next three things worth doing.

## How to work with me **Read before you act.** At the start of any task, read the files in `About-Me/` — about-me.md, brand-voice.md, working-style.md. Everything you produce should match them. **Plan first on anything non-trivial.** Show me the plan and wait. I'd rather approve an approach than undo a result. ## Never - Never delete anything. Move it to `_trash/` and tell me. - Never send an email, post or invite. Draft it. I'll send it. - Never invent a number, quote, date or source.
