What makes this different from other executive coaching programs?
Most coaching programs teach generic theory. Most courses put you in a room with hundreds of people. This is fully personalized — your goals, your skill level, your challenges. Every minute of our time together is designed around you. You leave with real skills and the confidence to use them.
Do I need any AI experience to start?
No. We meet you exactly where you are. Some clients start at "I've barely used ChatGPT" and others come in already building. The entire point of 1:1 tutoring is that it adapts to you — not the other way around.
What kinds of goals do your clients have?
The full range. Some want to understand AI well enough to lead their teams. Others want to automate their workflows and get hours back. Some want to build internal tools or products. And some want all of the above. We design your learning path around your specific goals during our first session.
How are the 8 hours of 1:1 sessions structured?
Four 2-hour sessions spread over 4-6 weeks, scheduled around your availability. Sessions are via video call with screen sharing. We work through concepts hands-on — you learn by doing alongside me. The pace is adjustable based on your schedule.
What does async support include?
Between sessions, you get Slack or Voxer access to me for questions and feedback. I also provide Loom video reviews of your work. You're never stuck waiting for the next session — get help when you need it.
Do I need coding experience to participate?
No coding experience required. We use ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, and other AI tools that let non-technical professionals build real things. I'll teach you exactly how to leverage these tools effectively. Many of my clients have never written a line of code.
What if I'm not sure what my goals are yet?
That's exactly what the free consultation is for. We'll talk through where you are, where you want to be, and what kind of learning path makes sense. If you're not the right fit, I'll point you to the right alternative.
