What makes this different from other executive coaching programs?
Most coaching programs teach theory. Most consulting delivers finished work without knowledge transfer. This program combines both—we build your actual product together while I transfer the AI and GTM skills you need to keep building on your own. You leave with something shipped AND the expertise to do it again.
Do I need coding experience to participate?
No coding experience required. We use Claude Code and other AI tools that let non-technical founders and executives build real software. I'll teach you exactly how to leverage these tools effectively. Many of my clients have never written a line of code.
What kinds of projects work best for this program?

How are the 12 hours of 1:1 sessions structured?
Four 3-hour deep work sessions spread across 30 days. Sessions are via video call with screen sharing. We co-build together—you'll see exactly how I approach problems and learn by doing alongside me. Sessions are scheduled based on your availability.
What does async support include?
