AI Advisor on Retainer

AI Mentorship for Executives that won't be left behind

Weekly 1:1 strategic guidance plus a community of CXOs solving the same problems. Gain the confidence — regardless of where you are.

Trusted by founders, PE-backed CFOs, and Fortune 500 leaders.

The Problem

You're only using

1015%

of what AI can actually do for your business.

Your current capacity

12%

What's actually possible

100%

You don't have a tools problem. You have an adoption problem. Your team has ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot — and they're using it to rewrite emails.

Meanwhile, the companies beating you have every employee saving 16+ hours a week. That gap gets wider every month.

The Path

How you'll see value.

No frameworks for the sake of frameworks. This is the actual sequence we run together — from your first week through your fourth quarter.

01

Assess

Where you actually are with AI.

Honest baseline of your stack, your team, and what's already wasting time vs. what's compounding value.

What it looks like

Every tool, every workflow, every silent AI experiment happening across your org — mapped and ranked.

02

Identify

Where AI actually moves the needle.

The 2-3 highest-leverage opportunities for your business. Ranked by ROI, not by hype.

What it looks like

We pick the agents and workflows that pay back in 90 days, not 9 months.

03

Scope

What it actually takes to capture that value.

Resources, effort, vendors, build-vs-buy calls — so you can plan it, budget it, and pitch it to the board.

What it looks like

You walk into your next board meeting with a defensible AI roadmap, not vibes.

04

Guide

Tools, training, and ongoing advisory.

The right stack stood up. The right people trained. A weekly call so decisions don't stall between board meetings.

What it looks like

Weekly 60-min advisory. Async Slack. Loom reviews. Tool evals on demand.

05

Connect

A founding community of CXOs solving the same problems.

Pattern-match across companies. Founding members shape what it becomes.

What it looks like

Other CXOs navigating the same wild west. Trade plays. Compare vendors. Don't go it alone.

Decisions, not decks.

What happens when an executive makes AI a real priority — and gets the right person in their corner.

Angel Olavarria, Founder of Strive Skin

“I thought I was a power user. I was using ChatGPT more than anyone I knew. Then I started working with Mark and realized I had no idea what was actually possible.

“Working with Mark saved me at least 150 to 200+ hours. If I'd tried this on my own, I'd have maybe a quarter of what I have now — and it would have taken 6 months instead of 2.”

Michael Mittelman, Enterprise Customer Experience

Last month I was just asking ChatGPT to write emails. Now I've built a client onboarding tool, and my team probably thinks I hired a developer.

Mark Fershteyn

CEO of Recapped.io • Serial Founder • 13+ Years in B2B SaaS

I've spent 13+ years as a CEO and serial founder in B2B SaaS. Raised $8M+. Shipped 10+ products. I know the meetings you're sitting in, the boards you're reporting to, and the decisions you can't punt on. Now I help executives lead with AI—without the McKinsey deck or the 12-month transformation.

Most AI advisors are technologists who learned business. I'm a business builder who got dangerous with AI. That's why my engagements end with decisions, not decks.

Frequently Asked Questions

The answers your COO, CFO, and Chief of Staff are about to ask you.

How is this different from McKinsey, Accenture, or Deloitte?

McKinsey will charge you $500K and give you a deck. Accenture will sell you a 12-month "transformation." Your internal team will form a committee. I'll be in your Slack tomorrow morning, on your actual work, making real decisions this month. Most AI advisors are technologists who learned business. I'm a business builder who got dangerous with AI. That's why my engagements end with decisions, not decks.

How is this different from your other offerings (team training, bootcamp, AI Essentials)?

Those are for democratizing AI across your team or building personal capability. This is for the executive driving AI strategy at the top. You get a private weekly advisor, not a course or a workshop. If your goal is to upskill your team, I'll point you to AI Essentials or Team Training. If your goal is to be the CXO who actually leads your company's AI agenda — this is the right room.

We already have ChatGPT or Claude Enterprise. Do we still need this?

Great. You also have a gym membership. Are you going 5 days a week? The tool is 10% of the problem. Adoption, governance, vendor strategy, and the actual decisions about what to build — that's the other 90%. That's what this engagement is for.

How do we measure ROI?

Hours saved per employee per week. Tasks automated. Cost of tools vs. cost of outcomes. Revenue per employee. We build the measurement framework in the first month — not after six. By the end of your first quarter, you have numbers you can take straight to the board.

My team is resistant to AI. Will this work?

Good. That means they're thinking about it. Resistance isn't the enemy — apathy is. We've seen rooms go from crossed arms to "when can I get access?" in 90 minutes. The trick: use their real work, not hypotheticals. We'll handle the human side, not just the tech.

What's the time commitment from me?

Sixty minutes a week on the call. Slack pings between as needed (most CXOs use it 30 minutes a week, some more). Once a quarter we do a longer 90-minute review. That's it. The whole point is that you delegate the AI work to someone who lives in it daily — so you can focus on running your company.

Can my leadership team join the calls?

Yes. Many engagements bring in a CTO, COO, or Chief of Staff for parts of the work — especially during scoping and quarterly reviews. The relationship is anchored to you as the executive sponsor, but the work flexes.

Do you work with my competitors?

No. Once we engage, I won't take on a direct competitor in your space without your written sign-off. Your strategy stays your strategy.

Stop navigating AI alone.

Your competitors aren't waiting for a committee to approve an AI strategy. They're in a room right now — making decisions, assigning owners, and shipping.

Every month you wait, the gap gets wider.
