**Content Sources:**

- Paste text directly
- Connect to Notion (future)

**How It Works:**
1. Upload/paste documentation
2. System chunks and embeds content
3. Users ask questions in natural language
4. AI retrieves relevant chunks and generates answer
5. Shows sources/citations for verification

**Q&A Interface:**
- Chat-style interface
- "Ask a question..." input
- AI response with answer
- Expandable source citations
- "Was this helpful?" feedback
- Suggested follow-up questions

**Admin Features:**
- Upload new documents
- See what questions are being asked
- Identify gaps (unanswered questions)
- Update/delete content

**Tech Stack:**
- Next.js with NextAuth for team access
- Supabase for database
- pgvector for embeddings storage
- OpenAI embeddings or similar
- Claude for answer generation

**RAG Implementation:**
1. On upload: chunk documents, generate embeddings, store
2. On question: embed question, find similar chunks
3. Send top chunks + question to Claude
4. Generate answer with citations

**Start Simple:**
