Build me an intelligent follow-up email agent with these capabilities:

**Core Workflow:**
1. Connect to my CRM/spreadsheet of leads with their last contact date
2. For leads not contacted in 5+ days, auto-generate a follow-up email
3. Personalize each email based on available context
4. Queue emails for my review before sending

**Personalization Inputs:**
- Lead's name, company, and role
- Notes from our last conversation
- Their industry
- Any recent company news (optional LinkedIn/Google scrape)

**Email Style Requirements:**
- Short (under 100 words)
- Conversational, not salesy
- Reference something specific from our last interaction
- Clear call-to-action (usually scheduling a call)
- Multiple tone options: casual, professional, urgent

**Integration Options:**
