Build a client portal with an AI assistant that answers client questions:

**Portal Features:**

### Knowledge Base
- FAQ pages organized by topic
- How-to guides and documentation
- Video tutorials (embedded)
- Searchable content

### AI Chat Assistant
- Chat widget in bottom-right corner
- Trained on my services and processes
- Knows each client's project context
- Can answer questions like:
  - "What's the status of my project?"
  - "How do I request a revision?"
  - "When is my next deliverable due?"
  - "What's included in my package?"

### Client-Specific Features
- Personalized dashboard when logged in
- Their project timeline
- Recent activity
- Upcoming milestones

**AI Assistant Behavior:**
1. First, try to answer from knowledge base
2. If client-specific, check their project data
3. If can't answer confidently, create a support ticket
4. Always be helpful and on-brand

**Support Ticket Escalation:**
- Auto-create ticket when AI can't help
- Include conversation context
- Notify me via email/Slack
- Client gets confirmation

**Knowledge Sources for AI:**
- FAQ content I create
- Service descriptions
- Process documentation
- Client's project notes (from Supabase)

**Tech Stack:**

Start with static FAQ content and basic AI chat. Add client-specific context after the basics work.
