Business Context
Interviews you about your business, then writes the context file your AI reads before every task. Run this one first — everything else gets better because of it.

Here is a Senior Product Manager posting and my resume. Give me a match score, my biggest gaps, any red flags, and what to emphasize if I apply.

# Job Description Analyzer Use this when someone pastes a job posting and asks "should I apply?", wants a match percentage, needs the requirements decoded, or wants to tailor a resume for one role. Run it before resume tailoring so effort goes to roles worth it. ## Step 1: Extract requirements Sort the posting into: - **Must-have:** education, years of experience, specific technical skills, certifications, industry background. - **Nice-to-have:** bonus skills, advanced certs, domain depth, specific tools. - **Culture signals:** communication style, team structure, environment, stated values. ## Step 2: Pull keywords Hard skills (tools, methods, certifications), soft skills (leadership, collaboration), and domain knowledge (B2B SaaS, healthcare, regulations like HIPAA or SOX). These feed resume tailoring and ATS matching. ## Step 3: Score the match Count how many must-haves and nice-to-haves the user meets, then weight 70% must-have, 30% nice-to-have. Example: 8/10 must-have (80%) and 3/5 nice-to-have (60%) gives 74%. Read the score as: - 90–100%: overqualified, may read as a flight risk - 75–89%: strong fit, apply now - 60–74%: good fit, apply with a strong cover letter - 50–59%: stretch, apply only if it matters - Under 50%: skip unless it is a dream role ## Step 4: Gap analysis Label each missing item as critical (deal-breaker), major (addressable with framing or a quick credential), or minor. For each non-critical gap, give one honest way to address it. ## Step 5: Red flags Note vague scope, unrealistic requirement lists, signs of high turnover, below-market pay signals, or a junior title with senior demands. ## Step 6: Strategy List the three to five experiences to lead with, the keywords to mirror, and two or three cover-letter talking points. ## Output Match score with the math, verdict, gap table, red flags, and the tailoring plan. Never inflate the user's experience. Adapted from @Paramchoudhary: https://github.com/Paramchoudhary/ResumeSkills/tree/main/skills/job-description-analyzer
