# Deploy to Vercel Deploys an app to a Vercel preview by checking git link state, CLI auth, and the safest deploy path. ## Gather state - Check git remote, .vercel/project.json or repo.json, vercel whoami, and teams. ## Choose method - Prefer linking the project for git-push deploys. - Default to preview; production only when asked. ## Finish - Return the deployment URL. - Note env vars or framework settings still missing.
